Interactive showroom that serves as an effective sales tool in today's real estate world.

In collaboration with architectural experts and marketers, Siete|media successfully developed a digital showroom for R432, a prominent 52-story tower project in Mexico City. Our main goal was to create an authentic and innovative showroom experience for potential buyers, with the aim of effectively closing sales and contracts. Working closely with architect Michel Rojkind's office and Luz María Barrera from HGB, Siete|media developed an engaging and impactful customer experience to finalize sales agreements effectively

Our goal was to create a tool where visitors experience the feeling as if living in their own home.

The development of a comprehensive station showcasing information about the buildings architect, location, technical details of the project, the historical background of Paseo de la Reforma, and credentials of the builders.

The primary focus of the project was to provide a realistic virtual experience of the view from each of the 52 floors of the tower. This was achieved by using a drone and creating software to simulate the perspective at each level. Additionally, we created an App for the iPads of the sales team with an online sales dashboard allowing sellers to efficiently monitor their performance and make informed decisions while on the go.
